Joseff of Hollywood was the premiere costume Jeweler of the Golden Era, and its stars. This collection is now on public view, starting April 18 2024.

President of The Hollywood Museum Donelle Dadigan and many celebrities, celebrated Hollywood’s premiere costume jeweler Joseff of Hollywood’s new exhibit at the Hollywood Museum, April 17th. Just think of the names of any movie star from the 1920’s thru today, and they all have worn Joseff of Hollywood's costume jewelry.

Joseff of Hollywood was a jewelry company founded 1928 by Eugene Joseff who was well-known for renting their costume jewelry to movie studios for 30s and 40s movie stars including Shirley Temple in The Little Princess, Vivien Leigh in Gone with the Wind and Elizabeth Taylor in Cleopatra.

Tina Joseff, President & CEO of Joseff of Hollywood said “When he came to Hollywood from Chicago in 1928, Eugene Joseff’s profession was advertising, but his passion was making jewelry. He made friends with costume designers on the studio lots and quickly sold them on using his jewelry in movies.
His creative genius, youthful energy, and charisma worked in his favor.”
