The mystery and malice behind the Gerber Baby.

The mystery and malice behind the Gerber Baby.
Outsiders have been fighting for decades, over the Gerber baby's dead father and mother property assets.

Based on a true story.
#GerberBaby #UnSolvedMysteries

 By Karen Östlund as "Margot"
(WestHollywoodToday.blogspot.com, January 13 2023)  UPDATED Oct. 21-2024.

The Gerber baby was missing for decades, when an Asian woman came forward in press to claim the identity as the Gerber baby in 1928, but not in 1967. The Gerber baby company was the baby's grandmother family business, which originated from a bakery and cheese factory in Monroe, Wisconsin. The baby was named after her mother’s building "SanLee Margot Lis is Roi de Bois” (translated: "Beloved-Margot-God-King-of-Wood”). Margot took her father’s last name Ostlund, in 1978. The father was Laurent-Buster-Philip-Marc Ostlund, who was the founder of LBPM Property Management, and his electricity company Z & A Associates for Hillpark drive and 3 buildings of wood-storage-houses at 6755-6773 Yucca, with previous gates at 6742 Franklin Place and 1770 n. Highland. The father was known as realtor Buster HUBBARD Ostlund with his name in cement for LAND he owned with a lifetime/eternal mailbox at US Postoffice’s backroom at 1615 Wilcox, 90028.
Margot was listed at the US Embassy and UAE Consulate with photos, and lived at 6700 Hillpark Dr, LA, unit 104 with screening-room at unit 201, library in unit 202 and substitute mother in unit 102. The street-sign for Hillpark was HILL DRIVE in 1972. and the estate was listed as HOLLONGSHEAD estate. Buster listed his company "Hopkins Property Investments” after his mother, as the owner of his apartment unit 104, in 1968.

New York Post wrote about the death of the Gerber baby in 1928:

Ruben Ostlund owned the Management "Pil Pel" which he used to rent out Margot's mother Rita Or-Hollongshead's 8 units at 1422 N.Fairfax in West Hollywood. "Pil Pel" was the name of Ruben’s farm/baby food company in Sweden. The Gerber baby became the Pil Pel baby in 1967. Ruben also owned the trucking company VIP RELOCATION. The Paicoma Storage for VIP RELOCATION, is still owned by Laurent Buster Philip Marc Ostlund (LBPM) - where he stored the LUNA LUNA Circus from Imperial Palace Las Vegas and the musical instruments from The Beatles.

Ruben Ostlund was known for keeping unit 1 of 1422 n. Fairfax for himself, sitting in an hammock, doing paperwork and lining up papers down the hallway. Unit 5 has still today, Margot's electric toys and white lampshades from 1972. Ruben Ostlund passed away in New York in 1997. That's why his hammock and empty beer bottles were left in his management apartment 1, 1422 n. Fairfax until 2024.

Mrs Ortiz (also known as Mrs Field) took over the Pil-Pel leasing office at 1422 N.Fairfax in West Hollywood in 1997, until she died in 2014.

VIP RELOCATION has had several court-cases registered since 2014, at Van Nuys Courthouse, caused by oversized trucks tipping over with an explosion in a wardrobe box - which trucks are still owned by Ruben Ostlund, who passed away.  The Van Nuys Courthouse has cases dismissed since October 2014 because of a Syrian guard next to the judge in the court-room, who is openly showing that he has the keys to several units in 6700 Hillpark dr. and 6769 Yucca St. - to rent out and pay him. Some units have a collector box inside the mailbox.

Some units have a collector box inside the mailbox to hide rent from owners and manager.

Photo of 6700 Hillpark dr. #102  Rita Or-Hollongshead's forgotten apartment since 1972.

Rita Or-Hollongshead's 2 bedroom apartment at 6700 Hillpark Dr, LA unit 102 was located around the corner of Margot's one bedroom "The Princess Suite" unit 102 at 6720 Hillpark Drive, LA.
Their neighbors were Mrs Ortiz (also known as Field) and her daughter Alysha Ortiz from Sweden, with birthday in September.  Alysha was a few years older than Margot, living at unit 301 at 6740 Hillpark drive, LA.

In 1972, Buster took Margot to Vagar in Faroe Islands, because Ruben Ostlund worked there, and he wanted to take Margot to school there, because the manufacture of Guldbjörnen AB. The Golden Bear, the prize statue of Berlin International Filmfestival was made there, 1950 to 1970.
Before leaving, Buster rented his 2 bedroom apartment at 19 W 55 street in New York, NY 10019 to Mr.Ortiz because he wanted to put his daughter Alysha Ortiz in a private school in Manhattan.

Guldbjörnen AB in Sweden was the goldmine and manufacture of the Golden Bear prize statue at Berlinale.de International Film Festival, 1950 to 1970. The 20th Annual Berlinale was 1970, because 1st Annual Berlinale was 1950.

In 1977 Syrian Consulate Stockholm, put Margot's head-shot on the wall and translated her name to "Ankh Kan Mari Sol P Rez ley - Princess of Syria".
This resulted Syrian's country-men in Stockholm, mapped out Margot's parents property assets, to brake the locks, and move in - which happened in 2014, when her last caretaker got a stroke.

Syrian Consulate staff, that speak both Arabic and Swedish said about this, "Just remove them, the same way as cattle on the field".
They can only function to work in their own family business, in their own country, then pray and meditate to focus their minds.”
The Syrian Republic Arab passport used to have a box to fill-in, which animal the semen comes from and a printed text in the bottom of each page 'Permission needed to travel with this passport".
Only in a case of a white person, if the semen comes from a white man, the word DOG, is written in this box.

Majority of the women in Sweden are transgender, and get their babies from Syria in North Africa, with a Syrian passport to fill-in the last name of the future parents.
Calf-semen is an Arab-blond semen, that is too low to grow a vagina and ovaries in a human body. They grow female and male faces, with the same male organ, without puberty.
Calf-semen also gives symptoms of down-syndrome, in-form-of holding on to someone's passport, barricade properties, provocate to get killed - to start a new life with someone's identity.

There are still 1940s color archive photos from filming “ALADDIN" at Imperial Palace in Las Vegas, of look-a-like Elvis by name, Laurent Buster Philip Marc Ostlund and goth actress Pernilla “Py” Orr-Östling. Retired actress Pernilla became Margot's substitute mother in the 70s.

FOOTNOTE: Since LA County Registrar Recording listings were filmed (a 3 weeks film) and moved to Norwalk from downtown LA with a lease-sheet, to cover the names of property owners - a new login has been created by staff from "Swedish-Syrian Government owned property for lease". The LA apartments are listed as 6-month leases abroad, to sub-lease yearly to Property Managements in Los Angeles, without their knowledge. Therefor, a renter can receive an eviction-note, if he/she follows order from LA City's Rent Stabilization, to pay less rent.
Sweden is a socialist country, that build apartments, stores and family-homes for lease, listed on one government owned website.

Anyone in Sweden can login to this website, to see who is renting an apartment.
The Swedish-Syrian Government staff decide the amount of  lease, and who to pay.
Syria took over the Swedish government's login and discontinued the Swedish passport, because no-one of their country-men are born in Sweden, but they live in Sweden.
Many in Syria live on the streets, to build-out another person's home, to live-in.

From 1800 Century until 1970, most houses in US had names instead of numbers. Each house had a name, with its location written in the owner’s passport. Most old buildings, built before 1970 own the LAND, they are standing on.

The 1st week of January 1987, the CAHUENGA W  sign was covered, to be re-painted for future internet maps. CAHUENGA W was earlier named HIGHLAND, because HIGHLAND was a riding road, before the freeway. The HIGHLANDS estate was then named HOLLONGSHEAD estate.

In 1972, the address 6700 Hillpark Dr, LA, units 201, 202 and 102 were listed as "Majorca Entrance" on HILL DRIVE units 6, 7 and 3. The Hillpark drive estate was then listed as HOLLONGSHEAD estate.
The address 6720 Hillpark Dr, LA unit 102 was listed as "Malaga Entrance" on HILL DRIVE, Hollywood, CA unit 2. This address was listed as on the border of 3 zip codes. Before the freeway Hillpark was also listed as YUCCA TREE, because the road made a fork.

Unit 202, 6700 Hillpark Dr, LA has still today 3 inches thick cement layer on top of the living room floor, by the balcony, to cover stairs down to a Hollywood Bowl storage with the statue of the founder of Hollywood bowl, its office and Hollywood Bowl ticket machines, that operate with a charge-card and the whole hand's fingerprints, as a pin. Max four tickets per hand.

Units #101 and #103, 6700 Hillpark dr, LA are missing apartments. Their front doors are changed to flat-doors, sealed and painted to be hidden in the hallway. It becomes a prison-cell, with entrance from unit #202 and #201, upstairs at 6700 Hillpark dr, LA.

Documents from Hollywood Bowl live-in storage and "Z & A Associates electricity company" are also buried there, when entrances were on Highland Ave. by 7Eleven store, 1770 N. Highland and 6742 Franklin Place.

In the 1980s, units 6755-6773 Yucca st was a letter + number. For example the apartment entrance A-1, was renamed 6769-1 with entrances originally from 1770 N. Highland and 6742 Franklin Place.
In the past 6755-6773 Yucca St. was storage units to the 1st floor (built as BUNGALOWS) of Hillpark dr, LA, when 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor were built in 1966.

The Swedish-Syrian, (now based in Pacoima), also found a building at 800 Traction, LA 90013 that belonged to Z & A Associates electricity company, known as the "Gasllght Building". The building's wide elevator was used in many movies, and built on S. Hewitt St, with garage entrance on Traction Ave, but without a number.

TRACTION used to be a street-sign for the small entrance to Public Storage, 300 Avery St, 90013. This Public Storage, 90013 used to be a private-owned storage to the "Gaslight building". In 1972, one of the locked storage-unit, had an inventory left of camouflage-green food-cans from the Vietnam War, containing food and drugs for the soldiers.

The disappearance of "SanLee Margot Lis is Roi de Bois"(translated Beloved-Margot-God-King of Wood) at Hillpark drive, LA was an old case from 1972, in local news.
Several impostors came up in press to take off the case.

Swedish author Fredrik Backman writes about Ruben Ostlund in his book “A Man Named Ove” that became a movie named “A Man Named Otto” starring Tom Hanks in 2022.
“Sonya” in the film had a cousin named Fredrik Sparrman, who was taken out of LA to Sweden, by his caretaker Maj, who was the sister to Margot’s nanny.
In 1977, Swedish newspapers stated that
Herman Göring, politician of the Nazi Party, was still alive, living in Sweden on a Syrian passport, with the noble title "Holy Ngier".
In 1980 Fredrik had a Spanish girlfriend named Marisol, who “Otto” teach to park the car, the right way - his way. (as in the film)

“Otto” had an intellectual black male friend who had a handicapped wife. (roles switched in the film)
The reason “Otto” wanted to end his life, was because he visualized, he killed “Sonya’ and went to her grave. (as in the film)

“Sonya” took the train to visit “Otto” once and forgot her diary, so he run after the train to return the book - (as in the film).
Herman Goring called himself Ruben Östlund in Sweden.
Swedish film-director Ruben Östlund was known as Ola Östrud, born in Denmark, when he was filming a short-film for Berlinale filmfest.
“Sonya” in the film was SanLee Margot Lis is Roi de Bois, who became Karen Ostlund in 1978. She was a child ice-skater (Disney-On-Ice) in the AMPAS office 1972.

In 1967-1971, the big house at 6742 Franklin Place, 90028 belonged to the garden of 6755-6773 Yucca St., without a mural-fence in-between. It was used to film scenes from the Western-series “The High Chaparral". Filmmakers created scenes, filmed in Hollywood, CA to appear to be in Texas.
The ranch at 6742 Franklin Place, 90028 was built by American Indians, and named "SanLee Margot Lis is Rois de Bois”, translated, "Beloved-Margot-God-King-of-Wood”.
