Los Angeles magazine’s seventh annual Top 10 Best New Restaurants event took place January 28 at Rolling Greens, downtown Los Angeles, honoring the city’s most appetizing openings of the year. The evening brought together the Top 10 Best New Restaurants past and present to toast the Chefs, taste signature dishes, sip on craft brews, creative cocktails, and wineries.

Atrium: Cornmeal waffle with whipped Gioia buratta, tangerine kosho, and Island Creek paddlefish caviar. Pineapple tepache with ma la Tajin
Love & Salt: Wood oven roasted honey nut squash with candied pancetta, sumac crème fraiche, and chive.
Birdie G’s: Matzo Ball Soup with carrots, carrot miso. Drago Centro: Braised Pork Belly, umbria lentils ragu.
Hippo: Celery root triangoli with buttered shallots and chives
Bar Restaurant; Boquerones with piquillo sauce
Infiniti "Luxury Should Be Lived In" Lounge at Rolling Greens 
Among beverages were Don Franciscos coffee, Makers Mark whiskey, Stella Artois beer and Mountain Valley Spring water.
Wineries: Stella Rosa Wines, Hawk and Horse Wineyards, San Antonio Winery and Topa Mountain Winery.
Bon Temps: Valrhona Bahibe s’mores with oat graham crust, marshmallows
