CONCEPT FASHION IN LOS ANGELES
SPRING SUMMER 2015 COLLECTIONS
OCTOBER 11th | ACE MUSEUM | 400 S La Brea Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036
“Concept fashion – it’s when music, art & fashion come together as one”
Concept fashion week takes place twice a year.
This season it got a new location at ACE MUSEUM  at 400 s. La Brea in Los Angeles.
Concept  welcomed 7 designers of runway shows, dance and creative installations.
Mike Vensel Spring 2015

Mike Vensel's Spring 2015 collection "Alchemy" encapsulates the designer's signature elegant and sensual minimalism. Vensel mixes a dark palette of knit and woven layerables in classic, curve-hugging silhouettes with hand-painted bronze accents to produce a collection true to the designer's timeless-yet-provocative aesthetic.
Emily Daccarett,w/models from Spring 2015 collection

Emily Daccarett wowed CONCEPT audiences with a variety of colorful and whimsical bohemian designs. Models walked the runway dressed in delicately-tailored floral-print rompers, dresses and two-piece sets, while babydoll silhouettes, sheer flowy fabrics, exposed shoulders, and vibrant pops of neon kept her Spring 2015 collection timelessly feminine and fresh.
Aeneas Erlking Spring 2015

Aeneas Erlking’s Spring 2015 presentation was curious fusion of contrasting elements, as the designer chose to clash girly traits with rugged rock and roll. Inspired by British punk-rock subculture in the late 70's and early 80's, Erlking's resortwear collection incorporates avant-garde cuts and classic punk motifs to strike the perfect balance between masculine and feminine.

Mathiasen designs
Mathiasen Designs was established in 2013, and is an independent sportswear brand designed and manufactured in Los Angeles.         The clothing is created for women who are creative, timeless and easy to wear.
Mathiasen design is easy go-to pieces with panels of cool blues, sandy dreams, and fiery blossoms. Fabrics are lightweight ‘ponte de roma and printed chiffons. Inspiration comes from deserts, geo stones and water refraction.

LA based designer Cheryl Koo and her line CM2K strives to style the world through different avenues of art, music and dance..Her new line, CM2K, is the realization of apparel creations framed within her perspective of world travels and everyday experiences. From gas masks to teddy bears, the work is beyond avant-garde and an awakening message to her customer. It’s an edgy street style with a cozy couture feel. Classy comfort is derived from mixing different luxury textiles, such as, leather and suede, with pleather, nylon and plastics to compliment the comfort and “wear-ability” of black cotton fleece.

CM2K designs were also featured on “Germany’s Next Top Model” with Heidi Klum and worn by Nicki Minaj in Alicia Key’s video, This Girl’s on Fire
