FOOTNOTE :Dennis Block is a company based in Stockholm, Sweden since 1970, that does overseas evictions.
They have a 2-people bomb-squad staff, that fly round-trip from Stockholm to LA in one day - to do an eviction - if the landlord CANNOT pay the tenant to leave.
In this case, both unit 5 and unit 6 were evicted at 6769 Yucca st. Hollywood 90028, because unit 5 paid rent for unit 6.
It was traced that unit 6 (6769 Yucca St, LA 90028), had the online key as LB to collect rent-checks from neighbor unit 5 (6769 Yucca St, LA 90028) from April 2014 to Sept. 2024 - of a total of $176.400. The reason the Plaintiff can't return the deposit to the Defendant, is because tenant of unit 6 (6769 Yucca St. LA 90028) has collected the deposit of unit 5, on his cellphone app.
All checks written to LBPM and Z & A Associates, are cashed by LB, traced to Wilshire Skyline.
In January 2016, tenant of unit 6 (6769 Yucca St. LA 90028) called-in, manager MANE from Dahlia Garden, 954-8 Palm Ave, 90069 in West Hollywood, to fill-in forms from RSO, and have him (manager MANE) take over the management of LBPM at 6755-6773 Yucca St. LA 90028.
Plaintiff has NO record of paying the Courthouse for filing the court-number 24STUD14989.
A clerk from Stanley Mosk Courthouse can read, that case 24STUD14989 had a hearing with a Housing Department - but which Housing Department?
Every staff member involved in this case has fingerprints traced to LA County Jail - but where is their patrol/probation officer?
This case repeats itself, in 2014, when dog-owners were evicted from 954 - 958 Palm/975 Hancock Ave. in West Hollywood 90069. At that time, Apt. 114, 958 Palm Ave, West Hollywood 90069 was flooded - by pointing the water-pipe towards the ceiling-lamp, from apartment above.
The flooded apartment #114 was built as a 1950's school-apartment, owned by Anderson, from the other entrance at 975 Hancock Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90069. Wilshire Skyline used to manage K/L Properties at this address.
In 2014, the same building's manager Clinton was run over and killed, when interns from LA County Jail took over the building's apartments, sleeping in bunk beds, without any electricity turned on.
In 2013, Wilshire Skyline's new staff members, Apryl Pechickjian, David Bollag, Rachel Rollins and Ben Garber took over the emails of apryl@wilshireskyline.com
dbollag@wilshireskyline.com and management@wilshireskyline.com, with the purpose to collect leases from property, owned by Anderson, who was a builder at Universal Studios Hollywood.
Anderson owns the four writers apartments on the Universal Studios Backlot.
In Jan. 2014, they filed a civil-suit (without showing up) at Santa Monica Courthouse against the owner of a Chihuahua-mix, because in their homeland Egypt, they need a permit to own a puppy.
The court-number didn't exist, before it was amended (canceled).
Wilshire Skyline started to build a grey building attached to the former 'Anderson elementary school' at 6711 Yucca St, Hollywood, CA 90028.

In the 60s, Englishman Or together with the Royal Board of Swedish OLIDAN built an construction on property built and owned by American Indian's names.

phone-lines and emails from their own lawyer, before. Dennis Block has not yet showed ID, and he filed SUMMONS two different dates, Dec.4 2024 and Dec.19 2024 - without paying the Courthouse.
Plaintiff Z & A INC ACA CORP. never shows up at court hearings, because they entered US illegally.
The number 6769 Yucca St. didn't exist before 2014, because it was the 8-unit work-spaces, to the big farmhouse with 2 Billboard-signs on top, with entrance at 6742 Franklin Place, Hollywood, CA, 90028.
The wood-floors and the handmade wood-fold-out-iron-board inside 6769 Yucca, were analyzed to be made, mid-1500 Century.
In 1987, the toilet was a ceramic hole, that could only be flushed, with a water-bucket.
How it all started;
The 26th May 2023 RSO, Rent Stabilization and LA Mayor Karen Bass sent out a letter, which stated an over-payment of $491 per month for a Studio apt. and $291 of over-payment for a one bedroom apt. at 6769 Yucca st, Hollywood 90028.
The leases were rigged for the studio, to pay the one bedroom since June 2014.
The RSO letter explained LBPM Management had 30 days to return overpaid rent or have the renter STOP paying rent - to deduct over-payment. RSO didn't know, all checks written to LBPM, were cashed by LB, unit 6, 6769 Yucca St. LA 90028.
Nothing happened, until
Oct.1 2024, when LBPM new portfolio supervisor Giovanni Sigaran said the Rent Stabilization's letter was "A Human Error" and told me "If you follow order from RSOs letter, I will file a court-number" - which happened Dec. 4 2024.
Some people recognized Sigaran as Zachary, son of Gary R. Oberhofer (Mark Oberhofer's brother) Zachary assumed identity of former LBPM portfolio supervisor Sigaran in Dec 7 2023, with help of a LBPM concierge's email letter.
Rita, Gary R. Oberhofer's wife, is a banker in Lake Arrowhead, who has access to Chase bank's accounts of Oberhofer-Ostlund, El-aine Sim P Son and Eli n Or P Owe.
Giovanni "Sigaran" has the word CALF written in the box of his father, in his Syrian passport - which gives symptoms of down-syndrome.
March 6 2025, Hollywood Sheriff, 90028, said court-number 24STUD14989, needs to be followed by a WIN and LOSE number to be valid as an eviction number at local Sheriff. (Sheriff has to be the same zipcode as the property)
Plaintiff and defendant need to talk in-front of a judge, to get the WIN or LOSE number, attached to the court-number.
Otherwise the court-number becomes a pending number forever.
24STUD14989 is still a pending number because the plaintiff Z & A INC ACA CORP in Encino, 91316 is only a MAILBOX, to leasing office LBPM Management.
LBPM switched the rent checks recipient from Z & A Associates to pay LBPM Management instead, starting November 2023. Both LBPM and Z & A Associates are traced, to be cashed by LB and Wilshire Skyline.

Beverly Hills Courthouse - to ask the clerk, "Who put this VACATE - sign
Beverly Hills 90210 on my apartment door in Hollywood, 90028". (photo) I explained that I was following order from RSO, Rent Stabilization and a letter from LA Mayor Karen Bass, to STOP paying rent, and start to DEDUCT overpaid rent. Suddenly, a black woman rushed out from Beverly Hills Courthouse, and presented herself as Elaine, assistant to Beverly Hills Sheriff, 90210. She was known as 1iota.com staff before. The assistant told me, "Z & A INC ACA CORP is only a mailbox from Encino, 91316 who came to Beverly Hills Sheriff to talk about me, and they wanted me out of unit 6769-05 Yucca st, 90028". She continued, " Z & A INC ACA CORP wanted do an out-of-neighborhood-eviction, with their own police March 5 - but they couldn't prove ownership yet - so now you had to file your own court-number as a plaintiff". I responded, "What's wrong with this number 24STUD14989 - I haven't gone to court yet? |
March 5 2025, I got locked out my apartment by two bomb-squad police for hire, without any Sheriff knowledge. The case 24STUD14989 turned into Aggravated assault.
Two related criminal cases started to unravel:
In Sept. 2017, A. Philip Mark Oberhofer-Östlund, (with German military title Oberhoffer) passed away in Sweden, but he still owned both the LAND as garage, and the unit 202, 6700 Hillpark dr, LA 90068.
Philip's family built the garage (for horses) as owners of Hillpark drive, LA 90068, before apartment #202 was built in 1966. A. Philip Mark Oberhofer - Östlund, also run the box-office to Hollywood Bowl until the 1970. The Hollywood Bowl was built much earlier, by Hollingshead from England.
The same day, Oberhofer-Östlund died, his unit #202 was broken into, and it was listed on the internet that El-Aine Simpson (El-Aine Sim P Son) had died instead, inside the same unit - 6 months earlier in March 2017.

El-Aine Sim P Son is the garage-owner's account (JP Morgan/Chase) for Hillpark drive, LA 90068.
Many years ago, in 1980, JP Morgan/ Chase had a case, which caused the bank had to be "lifted up", because their bankers made personal investments in the customer's accounts, without leaving any interest.
There was no onsite Management at Hillpark drive, LA, 90068, before 2017 - only a To-Do-List in every hallway.
After Elaine's fake death, apartment #202 was rented out by Elinor M Powe, (Eli n Or M P Owe) to a man (Marc Oberhofer) with the same name as the owner, Marc Philip Oberhofer-Östlund.

Tentant's money of Mark Oberhofer were transferred from First Pacific Bank (Hofer, born in July) to CHASE bank (OberHofer, born in Aug.) - to withdraw a lease, without paying the real owner. Tenant Mark Oberhofer's wallet was stolen in 2018, and he suffered 4 broken ribs in a motorcycle accident, right before he moved into unit 202, 6700 Hillpark drive, LA 90068.
In 2018, Mark's brother Gary R. Oberhofer got released from jail, and moved in with his brother Mark, the same month Mark's wallet disappeared. All people involved got a new ID's without fingerprints, at a DUI office-desk at Anaheim DMV. (they are indicating, incorrect forms at Cole DMV LA)
Mark's documents returned to him as OBERHOFER, born in August - but his friends still remember his birthday dinners in July.
Oberhofer-Östlund also owns an apartment at THE ELINOR (Eli n Or M P Owe) which is used to withdraw rent from #202, 6700 Hillpark dr, LA 90068. His wife A. Ka Margareta Pernilla Owe-Ostling, still owns unit 102, 6700 Hillpark drive, LA.

Mark's online screen name for art-auctions was "dubbel OO" using Oostlund as name, working with his wife and JP Morgan living at 6700 Hillpark drive, #102, LA 90068 (apartment broken into during Covid-19)

In 2014, a suitcase with a passport inside, was was found inside #102, 6720 Hillpark dr. LA.
The passport belonged a 15-years-old teenager, which identity was taken over by repairman Ruben Ortiz girlfriend, so he could move-in-to unit 1, 6769 Yucca st, and start to renovate 72 units for himself.

6755-6773 Yucca St, with former entrance at 6742 Franklin Place, Hollywood CA, 90028, was a 1500 Century horse-ranch built by the Sioux tribe, named Rois du Bois Ranch, translated to Kingdom of Wood.
6740 Franklin Place was a Hotel and Saloon bar.

6735 Yucca St. was outdoor horse-land.
6725 Yucca St. was a 2 floor horse-stall with a ramp for the horses, instead of stairs.
6711 Yucca St. was Anderson elementary school - still trace of school-lockers, left side of lobby.
If someone owns a unit in this ranch, they have a registered passport at US Consulate in Stockholm, with last names: Lis Ley, Or, Rois du Bois, P rez Ley, P riez Ling and An Der Son.
The Sioux names passports have been moved from US Consulate to Egyptian Consulate, to locate Native American property.
