The 22nd annual LA FitExpo was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center, January 10-11 2026.
The two-day fitness, health, and wellness event featured over 15 live competitions in bodybuilding and power-lifting.
Celebrity guests appearances included Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Phil Heath, Sam Sulek, The Tren Twins, Kai Greene, and Mike O'Hearn.
Hundreds of vendors were showcasing their new vegan and organic supplements, apparel, and training technology.
Highlights from the 2026 LA Fitexpo Event were "Competitions & Action" which included UAL Armwrestling (2026 California State Championship) and All-American Strongman Challenge by Odd Haugen, ISCF MMA, and the Creative Forms Circuit.
The Healthy Eating Stage featured live cooking demos with Chefs like Mareya Ibrahim, focusing on organic, high-protein, and "clean" ingredient recipes. The upcoming FitExpo Anaheim in August 29-30, 2026 will feature a variety of organic, natural, and clean-eating vendors in the "Healthy Eating" and "Wellness" zone.
