The 100’ long artwork is designed by artist Ian Robertson-Salt (Anthroe) and curated by L.A.Artshare.

“We’re excited to bring this historic piece of artwork to Hollywood Boulevard in partnership with Art Share L.A. and Anthroe. We also look forward seeing locals and tourists reconnect and re-discover the Hollywood experience, with reopening of the city right around the corner” said Rana Ghadban, President and CEO of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.
The mural, which consists of a detailed graphic design mesh banner and painted imagery will beautify the wall along Hollywood Boulevard next to the Roosevelt Hotel for the next three years, until 2024.

The mural tells a story of the history of Walk of Fame from its creation to its persistence through the pandemic, capturing the ages, the diversity, and the beauty, of the Walk of Fame and its recipients. One of the first Walk-of-fame stars was given to late director Stanley Kramer, which star was placed on Hollywood sidewalk in 1960.Karen Kramer belonged to the guest speakers of the unveiling.

Partners to the event, included the Hollywood Historic Trust, Hollywood Hotel, Hollywood Museum, Hollywood Partnership, Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel and Variety.
